User Experience

The User Experience branch contains the following pages:

  • Notification Templates: Inform end users about certain events, such as device pairing and password resets.

  • Notification Policies: Limit the number of SMS, voice, WhatsApp, or email notifications that can be sent to the end user per day.

  • Branding and Themes: Define a set of colors and images to best match your company’s branding.

  • Self Service: Configure what end users are able to view and manage in their own accounts.

  • Agreements: Require end users to consent to an agreement as part of a sign-on policy.

  • Languages: Configure one or more languages for the text presented to end users in notifications and agreements.
