Editing a resource link
You can edit a resource link to change the name, description, icon, URL, or visibility settings. The visibility settings determine which groups can access the link.
Steps

In the PingOne admin console, go to Applications > External Applications.

In the Applications section, locate the application you want to edit.

On the application entry you want to edit, click the More Options (⋮) icon, and then click Edit.

On the Profile tab, enter or edit the following:

Application Name: A name for the application as it will appear in the application portal. The maximum name length is 256 characters.

Description (optional): A description of the application.

Icon (optional): An image that represents the application. Use a file up to 1 MB in JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG format.

External Application ID (optional): If you want the application to be included in contexts such as the application list for targeted risk policies, enter the target resource ID that should be used for the application.

URL: The URL to which the user will be directed. It must be an HTTPS URL.

On the Visibility tab, do one of more of the following:

Select Any or All to determine whether the user must be a member of any defined group, or all defined groups.

To add a group, click the Plus icon () for the appropriate group.

To remove a group, click the Checkmark icon () for the appropriate group.
If no groups are defined, then all users can access the link.

Click Save.
