Self Service
The Self-Service portal, also known as the PingOne Self-Service - MyAccount app, allows your end users to view and manage aspects of their accounts, such as changing their passwords, or managing their authentication methods.
In the PingOne admin console, you can configure the following options:
-
Customize the look and feel of the Self-Service portal. Learn more in Branding and themes.
-
Enable workforce PingID users to manage their PingID authentication methods with MyAccount. Learn more in Using MyAccount to manage PingID devices (Workforce only).
-
(Customer only) Require multi-factor authentication (MFA) to manage authentication methods. Require (PingOne MFA) users to authenticate with MFA before they can manage their authentication methods page with MyAccount. Learn more in Require users to perform MFA to manage MyAccount page (Customer only).
-
Define the information and actions available to users, such as viewing agreements, managing their own sessions, and changing their password.
For example, you might want to allow users to manage their own sessions, change their password, or view agreements to which they’ve consented. You can also define the sign-off method that PingOne uses when a user signs off from the MyAccount app.
