Importing and exporting forms
You can import and export forms in PingOne across unrelated environments in addition to sharing a form within an organization.
Importing and exporting forms is useful for the following use cases:
-
Sending flows that contain forms to Ping Identity Support
-
Collaborating on flows with an implementation partner
-
Getting flows from the Ping Identity Marketplace that contain forms
You can find instructions on importing and exporting flows in Exporting a flow.

Forms included in exported flows will contain the language key, such as submit.button.text, but don’t have the translations for Submit. However, localization will work as expected if the PingOne environment that imports the form has a matching language key. If the form uses language keys for button labels, those labels are saved in an exported flow. When you import the flow with those language keys, you can update the labels with your environment’s translations directly in the Show Form node. |

Forms with social login components will require an admin to open the imported form and select an external identity provider (IdP) for the component to show up in the form. |
