Recovering a deleted Production environment

You can recover a deleted Production environment at any time during the 30-day pending deletion period.

To recover an environment, you must have the Organization Admin role or a custom role with equivalent permissions.

You can’t recover deleted Sandbox environments or Production environments that were deleted more than 30 days ago.

Steps

  1. In the PingOne admin console sidebar, click the Ping Identity logo to open the Environments page and browse or search for the applicable environment.

    Environments that have been deleted but are still in the 30-day pending deletion period are indicated with a message that includes information about when the environment will be permanently deleted.

  2. Click Recover Environment.

  3. On the Recover Environment modal, select a license to assign to the environment.

  4. Click Recover.

Result

The environment is restored to full functionality. On the Environments page, the recovery information is removed.
