Install the authenticator

  1. Download the Atlassian Integration Kit .zip archive from the Add-ons tab of the PingFederate downloads page or the Ping Identity Marketplace.

  2. From the distribution package, copy file: dist/pf-authenticator-x.jar to the Atlassian library directory:

    • For Confluence, <Atlassian Installation Directory>/Confluence/confluence/WEB-INF/lib

    • For Jira, <Atlassian Installation Directory>/Jira/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/lib
