Upgrade
This guide shows you how to upgrade an existing deployment to the latest PingIDM release.
The upgrade process is largely dependent on your deployment and on the extent to which you have customized IDM. Engage Ping Support Services for help in upgrading an existing deployment. Also, read the Release notes before you start an upgrade; specifically, Incompatible changes.
Name changes for ForgeRock products
Product names changed when ForgeRock became part of Ping Identity.
The following name changes have been in effect since early 2024:
