Unlocking user accounts
To unlock a user account without requiring a password reset, use the Delegated Admin application.

To use Delegated Admin to unlock a user account without requiring a password reset:
Steps
- 
In the Delegated Admin application, go to Manage Users.
 - 
In the Search box, enter the user ID of the user you need to unlock and press Enter.
 - 
(Optional) Click the Expand icon to expand the user entry.
 - 
Click the Locked toggle.
Result:
The toggle turns green and changes to Enabled.
 
Result
The user can access their account without resetting their password.
